Here is a quick sneak peek from a recent “Secret Boudoir” session….LOVE the purple pumps!
Just had to add a few pics for a sneak peek of today’s lifestyle shoot…..Meet Si and Katie, or as I like to call her “Katie Bug”. I’ve called her that since she was 4! She and Si have been dating a while and she wanted some cute pics of the two of them together. These are just a few from the first shoot, there will be more later, so check back soon to see the rest……aren’t they both just TOO CUTE. Oh and before I forget I want thank Si for going along with all of our silly requests, you dance great!
I absolutely love these pictures!

Our friends know that Chan and I love wine. In fact we love it so much we count down the days until we get to go back to wine country. When one thinks of wine country where does ones mind go? Recently we visited our friends in Sonoma County CA. I think most people would agree that Sonoma, being right next to Napa Valley, is good wine country. BUT, would you ever consider North Georgia wine country? Back in June we traveled to N GA for a little R&R and found out that there are some nice “small” vineyards there. Our favorite one was “Blackstock Vineyards”. Unfortunately we arrived late in the day and only had an hour to enjoy what the vineyard had to offer, but we made sure to get in a tasting before they locked the doors. The vineyard is rolling and in the distance you can see the Blue Ridge Mountains, you almost think you’re in CA. Well, maybe that’s an exaggeration, but it is beautiful to say the least. If you live in the southeast and want to enjoy a little get away, head up to the Dahlonega area and enjoy some local wines. Check out their website here: http://www.bsvw.com/index.shtml
When you reach your 40′s you realize that your parents really did know what they were talking about when you were younger…. like when they would say, “time flies by the older you get!” This hit home for me while shooting a Senior Session of Cierra. CC use to come home and spend the night with me before she was a year old, now look at her, 17 and GORGEOUS! You can still see those adorable baby eyes today that she had as a child….you’ll see what I mean in the last photo below, :-). You are a beautiful young woman CC! I love you, Aunt Lana.
This is what Cierra looked like just 16 years ago…… just as cute today as she was then!
This is totally outstanding work Lana. I love it!
