    My photography business is located in Panama City, Florida. I specialize in Newborn, Maternity and Boudoir Photography. I LOVE encouraging women to feel great about themselves and what better way than to dress up sexy and have photos taken! If you've ever wanted that "Special" photo for that certain someone, but didn't know who to ask, now you do!

    I also Love to shoot Beach Portraits here in the Florida Panhandle on our sugar white sand beaches and what can I say about engagement sessions, you guessed it, Love them too!

Facebook has been so great with reconnecting with long lost friends!  For example, Cyndie and I knew each other back when we were teenagers, but after I married and moved away from Alabama, I lost touch with her and so many other friends from my teenage years.  That is all changing and I couldn’t be happier as I love catching up with old friends.  Not saying we’re old, it’s just been a while since we last saw each other,:-).  Once that we connected on Facebook Cyndie told me that her family, who now lives in Austin, visits our area beaches every year and she would love to have a lifestyle family shoot while here.  It was great seeing her, along with her husband and cutie pie of a daughter Erin!  AND even though they are Texans now, I bet there is still some “Roll Tide” blood there somewhere…

This family was so cute!  I hated that Casey was in a cast and felt bad to ask him to walk around on the beach for the shoot, but he assured me he felt fine. I think he was just being nice which I’m sure Casey was appreciative of. No, I didn’t mistype when I wrote Casey twice, they both are named Casey, so it made it easy to remember.:-)The boys, Conner and Wyatt were especially entertaining.  I LOVE the faces they would make for me, you’ll see some in this slideshow. Rounding out the family is little Josie, what a sugarplum she was.  Enjoy!

I absolutely love it when I get a call wanting to know can I shoot a large family beach session!  This family was so easy to shoot and it was great having my friend and new assistant, Tara Platt along for this shoot.  I have put together a quick slideshow of Barb’s family at the beach, enjoy!

Jenniffer, a friend and fellow photographer, emailed me asking if I had time to do a Beach Lifestyle Shoot .  As most of you know, whatever profession you are in, you seem to not have enough time to take care of your own family in the same way you do for others.  Meaning she didn’t have a current family beach portrait even though she has taken hundreds for others.  Time was short to schedule the shoot as they were packing to move within the week.  We chose the date and prayed it would not rain as the forecast predicted!  Well it turned out to be one of the most gorgeous mornings that we’d seen in several days.   We had a great time and they were willing to try anything I asked them to do, hence “THE PYRAMID”.  You guys were awesome!  Best wishes for you new life out West, come back to visit us soon.

Lacy & Cory Married!

First I have to say Happy 4th of July everyone…yes, I am at the studio working today and that’s okay with me.  I am so thankful that I live in a country where I have the freedom to do whatever I want to, when I want to, and I will never forget why I have this freedom.  Thanks to our great military past and present for giving us this freedom!  God Bless the USA!

  Now back to Lacy & Cory Married….Those of you that know me know that I’ve been a Realtor for Century 21 Commander Realty for the past 8 years.  Through Real Estate I have met a lot of wonderful people, Lacy Kirkland being one of them.  Lacy is not a client of mine, but a co-worker.  I always enjoyed being around Lacy, she is such a sweet and upbeat person.  Just look at her smile… how could you not be in a good mood when you see her grinning from ear to ear?!  She introduced Cory to us at a Christmas party a couple of years ago and they were just adorable together.  For those of you that know Cory you know he is a MAJOR sports fan, especially for FSU, Tampa Bay Buccaneers and the Atlanta Braves.  SO…. you will not be surprised to see him checking his Blackberry for the latest sports updates on a regular basis.  In fact when I arrived to shoot a few pictures of the guys getting ready they were actually watching a ball game on TV, see following photos for the proof!  Well enough said as I know all of you want to see the photos of their beautiful wedding set at Lacys parents home.  Thank you Lacy and Cory for letting me be a part of your special day….AND special thanks to Kimberly Petty for second shooting with me!
