Last week I had the joy of being on beautiful Panama City Beach photographing Mark and Sarah’s maternity session. Even though the wind was blowing so hard, which made it a bit chilly, we captured some amazing photographs of them. Thank you both for braving the wind and the cool weather! I would also like to thank my husband Chan, who came along for this photo shoot to capture some video to add to the slideshow. Please take a couple of minutes to check it out!
This Tallahassee family was so much fun to photograph! Jamie and Mini along with their two handsome sons hammed it up for my camera recently. When you have two rambunctious young boys to photograph you just never know what might happen. They chased each other, jumped off cliffs and even tried a little ninja on each other before we were finished. All in all it was a fantastic photo session and I would like to thank them for a fun and fabulous afternoon!
Miss Sydney is now 18 months old! I always enjoy getting to take her picture because she makes me smile, and how could you not when you see those dimples?! Looking forward to her 2 year photo session in July.

Our friends, Eric and Linda Conner, along with their fantastic kids Marissa and Bryce came for a Florida visit in December. It was the first time the entire family has been able to come so of course we had to do a Family Beach Shoot on Panama City Beach! The temp was around 50 that day and very windy, which is like summer to them (well I probably exaggerate that a bit), but it was very cold to me. We still had a great time doing the shoot and it was wonderful to spend time with our friends that live so far away. Below I am posting a note that Linda sent me after their session.
Dear Lana, I just wanted to tell you how much I appreciate your work on our family photo shoot. You gave us wonderful images and memories that we will cherish forever. I am especially pleased that you were able to capture the fun, joy and love in our family in candid moments as well. I haven’t had family pictures taken in 13 years, which is reason enough to have them done. But with my recent health scare, having special family photos becomes even more meaningful. Your sensitivity to how important these pictures are, and your keen eye for capturing precious moments have been a real gift to us. You did a great job, especially in such challenging weather conditions. Thanks again for such a special treasure! Linda
